I can answer the question about the apple bt keyboard as i have one.
the page up and page down and home and end are your up, down, left and right
arrows respectively when you hit the fn key on the very left hand lower corner
of the keyboard.

The devs turned off the music due to ducking issues in a previous iOS version.
Now it's fixed but they haven't turned it back on in a version update yet.
