i remember successfully achieving this along time ago.
how do i go about removing this ridiculous mail preview pain?
i remember having to interact with the horizontal splitter in classic view and
drag it to the bottom or something but have forgotten exactly how to do it.
any help fixing
You shoudl not need that. I launch from the doc, wait until I hear no windows
and cmd tab away and they will show your folder in your ~ dir.

i went in to view options in mail and told it to show no lines in the message
preview thanks to advice from a friend.

Maybe you’re yahoo spam filter is sending them to junk by mistake.
The way to get them out of junk is to go to the junk folder.
Next go to edit.
Then select the emails you want to move to the inbox by double tapping on them
and then choose move.

I’m having the same issue and I keep telling Yahoo spam that they are not junk,
but it keeps putting them there anyway.

Actually the preview pain can be a good thing, but yeah. keep trying and
trying. I got it on the first try but I have fast fingers at times. lol!

That only works in modern view. that option is dimmed if like me you are
using classic view so far as I found.

I put my db folder in my music external drive. but yeah I just have the app in
the doc and I launch that at log in and cmd tab away and all is good. As for
your other question start a new thread so that way the archive can be nice and
clean for those of us that browse it.
