Just to let you know that the Mac Access Server will be unavailable for a
period of time which I would estimate at around a couple of hours, from approx.

Ever since I updated my Iphone 5, I hear this hiss whenever VO is speaking.
Also, the sound effects seem to drop in volume. I didn’t notice the drop in
volume until I opened Seven little words for the first time after the update.
Has anyone else heard these differences? For now, I’ve just tu
rm filename or rm -r folder name if that is what you are looking for.
It helps to cd to the dir wherein your stuff is.

I’m looking for a simple audio recorder that runs on Mac OS X. I’d like to
record spoken text with the internal microphone of my Mac or maybe with an
external mic.
Do you know such an app which is also good useable with VoiceOver?

I am thinking of buying an 4S or a 5.

Just downloaded Smart Recorder. It’s a free download from the app store. Works
nicely with VoiceOver.

The idea is to directly touch the letter then it will be inserted hence the

thanks for the tip with QuickTime and SmartRecorder. SmartRecorder is simpel
and cool, but I miss one feature. It is possible to append new recordings to an
existing recording, but unfortunatly it is not possible to insert it the new
recording at a place in the middle, only to the end.

recorder sort of lets you do this in a round about way.

with the Mac to get large print. I have a Topas CCTV manufactured by

No, I hear the slight hiss in all the apps. I think I noticed it before I
opened SLW.
It’s not really a problem, I just don’t think I’ve heard the noise before the

If you have felt a 4, the 4S is the same size.
With the 5, the camera sticks out of the shirt pocket.
I suppose to some that could be a good thing, but for me, the top of the
phone should not stick out of the pocket.
