Networking a Mac with a Windows network

My MacBook Pro sees our windows network just fine, even to recognizing the folders that are shared. However, when I press enter on the items, it says it can't find them. Documents is shared, and I can access it from any of the lap tops. However, although the Mac lists it as visible, it says
