I wonder if you aren't closing the rotor after you make the change.
Press the home key to close it.
If it keeps coming up, maybe you are inadvertently invoking the rotor when
doing another gesture.

I think you can do that with the JamBox, but I think I have only used it
with my phone once for a phone call.
I usually only listen to my JamBox on Saturday night, after 10 PM, and it is
Miller-time, and I don't usually get phone calls at that time.

You need to back out of all folders, and you will find "edit" at the top,
and open that, and you will find "reorder account-name" and that is where
you change it.

that stops dictation after 30 seconds.

general, I have to swipe ahead for the actual general options, it seems to
have elements of the main window between "general" and any of the items that
are within that area.
So far, the iPad does not seem as easy to use as my iPhone or the iPod.
