say that these issues didn't exist while running Snow Leopard; I am only now
getting my feet wet, as it were, with Mac's Address Book.
One particularly annoying problem I am having is my inability to
the voices in the list that you want to download, at which
point you will be able to do so. It's been a while since I did this myself,
but the process should be the same as it was when Lion first came out.
