You might be able to do it if you memorize the keystrokes, bt that's risky. A
much better option is to use vmware fusion, this will allow you to install
windows without sighted help. I did this with windows 7 a few weeks ago and it
works great.

is there a way to disable the preview pane? Double clicking on the splitters
does not seem to work, I did it using mouse keys since the voiceover click
