Basically it's the voice over quick start you get wiht every mac. It walks you

Basically it restarts voice over with out you having to restart the computer.
This is how I'm able to recover from about 90 percent of my voice over crashes.
I got taught that method by my trainer 4 years ago during a 4 hour crash course
before he said, ok, now you are on your own. lol!
