You presume wrong so far as bluetooth keyboards are concerned. You can use VoiceOver or a bluetooth keyboard but not both at the same time and usually when you open an edit field the bluetooth keyboard pairing wins. The 4s will be at end of life when ios10 comes out. The whole 5 series is no
