Hello everybody; particularly those in the UK and Europe on this occasions. :)
Does anybody happen to know whether Apple customer Services has an email
address? We're having a lot of trouble contacting them by telephone today;
lines are busy.

Hi Lynne,
I don't have a an email, but try switching to the Irish store and see if that
helps? Their headquarters for Europe certainly were based in Cork, though
given the mass exodus of companies from here (and who can blame them) I'm not
sure if this is still the case.

Yes; Apple is still in Cork. I have looked high and low on their site but they
don't quote any email contact at all. I also clicked on the "Call me now" link
in the "Express Lane" I waited, and I waited, and I waited, and still nothing
has happened.
