Never heard of that one iTunes should use its own burning engine and
shouldn't rely on third parties.

Did you set it to burn an audio cd because if not it will burn as a
standard data cd and therefore won't work on cd players.

Did you create the playlist and make sure songs are in order, then right click
the playlist, hit burn and choose your options? If you are still getting the
burn software not found that's not good as it uses iTunes, unless something
missing apple wise.
