I've ripped a audio cd in itunes, and I can't eject the cd.
It's not showing up as a drive.
Any suggestions on how to remove the cd?

Hi!
Sorry but you did not mention if you just used command+E whilst in iTunes I did
2 CDs today and when they finished just used that eject command and they popped
right out!

My dvd cd drive is a third party drive.
It's connected to a usb port.
After I posted the message, I shutdown the Mac, and restarted the machine.
The cd ejected ok.
