Essentially then it comes to the same thing. Virtualisation seems to me to be
the best solution in order to make a bad thing usable unless or until they
produce a native CoCo compiled version for Mac OS X so that it can run in the
native environment.

Essentially Humanware have this product which they sell predominently on
windows. It's an OCR app based on a camera mounted on a metal frame. The devs
have ported (in inverted commas) to mac by using X11 and Wine.
