Hi, Folks. I want to upgrade to Yosemite, but not sure how. Will Software
Update do this, or do I go to the App Store and search for it? I tried to get
it through Software Update, but no success. I listened to the event today, and
it was mentioned that Yosemite would be released today.
I'm not seeing it either. Maybe just too early.

No it's out today trust us on that. You will see it probably on the home
page of the Mac App Store. You do not update via software update.

Most likely you would get it from the app store. I plan on waiting
until at least the first major update before installing it, that's my
policy with any operating system, and it certainly was good advice when
it came to IOS 8. I may upgrade once IOS 8.1 is released assuming the
major issues
I thought it was only for developers!

It's for the public now. It was only for developers until then.

Does anyone know if Yosemite will work with VMWare Fusion 6? I really didn't
want to upgrade to version 7 if I could help it.
