Not to dispute Geoff, since I don't have an iPhone 4s, but this has to be a
drastic change with the Apple Wireless Keyboard, since up till now you
certainly did have your choice of switching to the on-screen keyboard, even
with the Bluetooth keyboard paired. Note

Wow! pressing the eject key worked perfectly. Now I can quickly get
to the dictate button and other keyboards while keeping the Apple Bluetooth
ready to go. This is great.
