Just an update on my itunes and podcast download.
The videos are downloading without problems, and when I restart itunes, they
are not re downloading.
When a podcast is synced from itunes to a I device, they can be found in the
apple podcast app.

When the podcast you want to listen to is highlighted, simply press
enter, and it will begin to play.
No need to fiddle around hunting for play buttons.
