On my iPhone 4 in IOS 6 as previously, under
settings/accessibility/voiceOver, there is a choice Turn on compact
voice'; On my husband's iPhone 4S that choice is not visible. How
might I find it???
thanks,

Dear Ann,
Your husband needs to plug his iPhone 4S into a power source, and be connected
over Wi-Fi, for the compact voice to download. It may take a few minutes after
the connection is made to do this, so I'd suggest plugging it in when it needs
to charge anyway.
Best,
Zack.
