Yes going back and selecting the language did then mean that the download
commenced. It is odd that a more helpful message was not produced by the web
page rather than a simple thanks for downloading a product that was not in fact
downloading. A simple error message saying ple
I just tried again. This time it worked. Be very sure you select the language
for the browser before downloading.
