Yep that's a trick I learned someware. It works even on the desktop and even in
list mode. I wish it would not go in to image browse mode though. I wish it
would just take the defaults you have for the regular finder, but ah well. it
works.

You know when you open a dmg image in Finder, it mounts the image and
displays it in a new window in Finder, right? Well what annoys me is
that I have set Finder to show all in list view, however dmg images are
