Hello Mary and Paul, Adobe Digital Editions Preview will read a number of DRM protected books on the Mac. However, I don't know whether iBooks are included as I can't buy them in English from the French iBookstore. I do, however, read ebooks from Kobo all the time on my Mac. Cheers, Anne On

Hi Paul, I'm afraid you're out of luck with most payed iBOoks. They're encrypted and only readable by the software on the phone. I agree an iBook reader for OS X would be nice, but I don't see this happening. There may be a way to break the encryption, but I've no idea how and would advise again
