Here is how you remove the default signature when you send an e-mail
through the mail app.
1. Double tap settings.
2. Double tap mail, contacts and calendar.
3. Double tap the signature button.
4. Next to the text field is a clear button. Double tap that.
5. Exit the settings app.
From now on no one will know which device you sent the mail from.
