Yes, this was my answer to a question about resizing images for a web page.  
From what I gathered of the later discussion, the person who asked about this 
really wanted to change the HTML coding of the web page that displayed the 
image and use the same image, while my reply could be used to get images of a 
specific pixel size (like the podcast image requirement). The link to the

There's a second post adding that you can use the File menu options to choose 
"Save As…" or one of the other options, so you can keep both the original and 
resized versions of the images.
