Hi, Folks. My MacBook Pro no longer gives me the VO welcome message when I
turn it on. It used to do this. How do I get the VO welcome message back?
Thanks in advance.

To reply to this post, please address your message to
go to voiceover utility (VO-F8) then in the general pane, it should say,
display voiceover welcome. ensure it's checked. then close voiceover utility.
test it by logging out and then back in again.

sometimes, voiceover bypasses the announcement. I choose to disable it so that
it doesn't interupt any possible errors that might occur, as well as quick
access to data I need. so less tax on my brain lol.
