Paul,

Have you tried interacting with the button?  I don't know if it will work; I 
don't use it particularly from the computer, but it is something you didn't 
mention doing, and so I thought I would put it out there as an option to try.

To interact, press control, option, shift, down arrow. This is what you have to 
do inside the app store or on iTunes when wanting to see more information about 
a product.
