Is there a way to make one universal mail signature for all mail accounts on
the mac? I know this can be done on the iphone, but how about on the mac?

Yes, in Mail Preferences in the signature pane. Select, all accounts, from
the list and then navigate to the, new signature, button. You will then have
an edit area to name the signature. After you do that, stop interacting and
