I could, of course, be wrong but it's my understanding that there's far more to
this than simply enabling the audio services. You'd have to figure out the
VoiceOver side of it as well. Apple says it cannot be done, this has actually
been discussed with their engineers by quite a few people.
Your best bet would be to use an alternative boot media, such as a backup of
your source drive.
