If you flick right one finger, and hear that you're in the message field, then
double tap and you will hear top of message or double tap again and you'll hear
bottom of message.
So, go into the message, double one finger tap, and you'll hear top of message.

How do I get a message I am replying to at the top of the message. At the
moment it says sent from my iPhone at the top then the rest of my message is
