double tap the track pad if track pad mode is on with 3 fingers. This is the
same way you mute and unmute speech on the iPad.

I was using my Mac Book and the speech stopped It said speach muted. I

several things and couldn't get it started. So, I shut it down and restarted
it. when it started Voice over said spch off. I tried command f 5. and it
