Hello everybody Subject line says it all really. I finally got around to trying this application and, I must say, it looks very promising. From the VoiceOver user's perspective there are a number of small accessibility issues as it comes from the author. Buut I see absolutely no reason why we cannot label those buttons which, for instance, just say "Button, Check Box". Visually it seems quite strait forward and I will get those buttons and controls labelled. I think it should be possible, once they are labelled, to export the VoiceOver preferences for that application although I'm not an expert at this. I might have to wait until Gordon is next home; unless anybody feels so inclined as to tell me (of list might be better) how this is accomplished. Then, I could share the application settings with anybody who wants them. That's my understanding anyway.
The application is not too expensive, easy to buy and seems quite flexible. So I just bought us a licence for it to get rid of the irritating reminders. If this programme lives up to expectations I'll be quite pleased as we could then start to use it to maintain Gordon's medical diary, for instance.
