Hi Fran, The first thing to check is your software connection (assuming that you can verify that the printer cable is plugged in to both iMac and printer). Open your chooser, click the appropriate HP printer driver icon in the left-hand window and a highlighted usb port connection should show on

Bill, I have been reading that others are having similar problems with the modem script, most folks are getting hung up on the +++ part Have you considered copying the 115200 script, pasting in the appropriate commands that you need and using it as your modem script?
