supports "+" to this day. Maybe the company uses such software and
can only burn "+" which automatically makes it better.

The shuffle would be the one to go, I would say. those bigger ones are
heavy. Mine feels like i am carrying a Ft. Knox gold brick around. So
treadmill hopping or running a bit with a bigger ipod might impede
the movements much more than using a shuffle -and then there are
