I finally got time to work on this again. I checked all the settings. It was working on my iPhone and iPad with no problem. On my MacBook no so much, like not at all. Had the funny icon that means not working. I fiddled with settings and nothing. I deleted the whole account. Closed mail.

John, i tam replying via this vehicle , i am not doing any upgrading, but this issue with my insightbb.com mail is giving me the fits again. It grays out, i get oodles of mail from the Insightbb postmaster, the same I sent to you to check on, and now I cannot even get to my mail on the web.
