This means they will record at four times the standard DVD playback speed, so a
two hour movie would take a half-hour to record. They'll work
I think that is the rate at which they record or speed that they record at.
The ones you already had at home was faster.

I found a box of 25 dvd-r at a yard sale today. I bought a box lot of various
items including the dvds for $15.00.
When I got home I noticed they were 4x compatible. I have a container of 16x
