I found a workaround: The app is from an unidentifed developer The app you tried to open was not registered with Apple by an identified developer. This doesn’t necessarily mean that something’s wrong with the app. For example, some apps were written before developer ID registration began. However

I have been wanting to design web sites for some time now and towards that end have read through W3C's documentation for HTML4, HTML5, CSS2 and CSS3, worked through some basic tutorials on those languages and at the suggestion of an Apple Specialist have also worked through a basic tutorial on PHP.
