I am using a G3 at work running 8.6 with a hard drive partitioned into
3 drives. I ran Disk Warrior on it the other day, and now it is running
worse than before. Norton says I have cross-linked files (that may not
be exactly right). Norton won't fix it, and when I try to run Disk
Warrior again,

What did you do? What should I eschew?
