Panther. This option appeared first in V1.3.3 of Apple's Mail, which I
think was the version that shipped with Panther (it is currently
v1.3.8).

My HP Camera downloads my pics as jpegs, but I bring them into
photoshop and crop them and when it is saved, it reduces the image size.
My daughter has a PC and has no problem receiving my jpegs.
