Eric,
You might also check both the USR router's Web site and Lexmark's Web
site for an updated driver.
I've found many times the driver that comes with new equipment is
already outdated.

Not trying to be a smartalec but you can try (800) LEXMARK? They aren't based
in the US but speak good English and are open a pretty wide variety of hours.
