Hi all I restart to work on my lathe with furaday cape and BBB, i have rewrite a toolchanger.comp based on the predecessor from ArcEye.
The problem i have is i never show any RTAPI message like : rtapi_print_msg(RTAPI_MSG_ERR, "Tool not homed. Use M6Tx to set current tool and do the home sequence\n"); Firstly i use Cetus for remote GUI, and some of you says it's not possible with remote interface so i have ordered a HDMI toochscreen for use Axis as GUI but i have the same issue. I have try to set DEBUG=5, and try to edit rtapi.ini --rtmsglevel=5 --usrmsglevel=5 Starting machinekit from desktop shortcut or from command line change nothing i never never see any of this rtapi_print_msg displayed. I think some packet is missing for show rtapi message in my setup or other problem i really don't know what is needed and found nothing related. Can you help me for that ? I have to replace my old distro 9.3 with bone-debian-9.5-machinekit-armhf-2018-08-20-4gb.img and make apt-get update and upgrade, reinstalling machinekit, install Xorg and LXQT I thinks the better way is to found how to show message over Remote gui from comp file because LXQT and Axis are very slow with BBB.
