I have an older MacBook that has 10.6.8 on it (the max it will run) and has one of those weird looking mini-dvi ports on it. I have a mini-DVI to DVI dongle connected to it, then a DVI to HDMI cable connected to a TV. The trouble is, the TV will only look for audio on the HDMI if it is connecte
