Hmm. I'm not familiar with DJ type apps. I know that with the Apple Loop Utility that comes with Logic ( and may be available as a standalone? ) allows you to take an audio file, convert it to a loop, allowing you to change tempo and transpose keys. I think Logic is now available from MAS
