With a simple patch to the octave-interval Makefile to remove the use of CFLAGS and LDFLAGS directly when calling mkoctfile,the port now works nicely for me (using 10.8, libstdc++; we'll see if the build bots like it). Committed in r132525. - MLD ___ mac
