Indeed this one is a mess. I ran into two problems:
1) The move of mapping-resources-pdf files to github.
Never mind the un-versioned files, and the ?raw=true appended to the
download URL:
The MacPorts extract phase sure doesn’t like to have .tar.gz files side by
side with .zip fil
