Can someone please commit the changes on Ticket 33289 that updates the
pymol package to the new 1.5 upstream release? It also implements the
previously suggested use of configure.compiler for the compiler variants
of the package and drops the hardcoding of the compiler to clang in
darwin11 (since that was added before macports defaulted to clang for
the newer xcode releases). Lastly patches were added allow the apbs-psize.py
from MacPorts' apbs package to be found and to allow the X11 window manager
related fixes to be used on darwin. Thanks in advance.
