How do I add something to our GitHub checklist?

When pull requests come in, users are asked to fill out a short checklist. I'd like to add a reminder to squash your commits into it -- this has become a frequent issue with pull requests from new contributors. Where do I find the checklist to edit it? Perry -- Perry E. Metzgerpm

I've kept looking for a better answer -- either something automated or for someone upstream to fix the build system -- but this is probably the best we can do for the moment. If we could get this applied to the buildbot, that would be great; it'd make the kludge moot for the majority of users. Da

Hi I will work on all the points mentioned today.. But i have been trying many different ways. To get 20k ports onto the database.. The site is crashing.. Timeout error. Or the site cant be reached. Maximum i got till 9k ports successfully entered. Tried many ways.. If you have any suggestions
