I tried installing netcat and the following problems came up. I
couldn't find anything in the macports archvies on this issue.
I'm new to macports (and really love it), but it looks like the
checksum is wrong in Portfile. Should I just change it to what the
target has?

I am running Nagios in several instances on Linux machines for a few years
now, so I thought I give it a try on a Mac.
I have installed Macports and with that nagios (3.03) on a PowerMac G5 Dual
1,8 GHz (2,5 GB RAM), have configured 3 hosts and around 100 services -
which is not much
