The default owner and group should be whatever values were provided

I'm trying to install octave and I've ran into an error:
I've scrolled down in the log and the problem is here:

It looks to me like the sqlite variant of dspam is missing the
configure.args-append line to use sqlite. There is no
--with-storage-driver=sqlite3_drv
in the portfile like there is for mysql and pgsql.

At some point MacPorts was likely configured to use the proxy while at work.
Check out the bottom of /opt/local/etc/macports/macports.conf for the proxy
settings:

I'm having problems getting MacPorts to work. I run 'port sync' in verbose
mode and I see that part of the error message is:
rsync: failed to connect to proxy.upf.edu: Operation timed out (60)
What is weird is that this is the proxy address at work but I'm miles away
and my Mac is not configured
