The reference guide has a section on the default values for owner, group, and mode, but leaves them blank. Can I assume them to be the same as for the 'install' binary? According to 'man install', the default mode is 0755, regardless of the type of the file. So doing 'xinstall -m 0755 …' is re

dspam sqlite variant

It looks to me like the sqlite variant of dspam is missing the configure.args-append line to use sqlite. There is no --with-storage-driver=sqlite3_drv in the portfile like there is for mysql and pgsql. I opened ticket #34701 Thanks, -Terry ___ mac

I'm having problems getting MacPorts to work. I run 'port sync' in verbose mode and I see that part of the error message is: rsync: failed to connect to proxy.upf.edu: Operation timed out (60) What is weird is that this is the proxy address at work but I'm miles away and my Mac is not configured
