Dan,
I expect I can build you a standalone, dynamically-linked lynx this
weekend, then provide a MacPorts build by the middle to end of next
week. My dynamic build will come with an installation script, later
I'll come up with a GUI installer as well as a statically-linked

It would be great if you were to do so please! The details start in the

There is a version to compile where the "exec" and scripting is allowed

No idea why it wouldn’t fetch, despite 4 tries at different times, going

Last post left out OS 10.10.5, MacBook Air, all OS and developer updates
applied.
On my iMac running the same OS, mariadb successfully updated to 5.5.43_2.
(Recap- fetch of upgrade to mariadb 5.5.43_2 stops at 99.9%, tries next site,
gets
the same results, repeats until it gives up.)

Attempt to upgrade mariadb 5.5.43_1 < 5.5.43_2 fails in fetch phase. Multiple
sites return same results: download stops at 99.9%, attempts to fetch from the
next mirror with the same results, and so on.
Suggestions much appreciated!
