Hi,
Nothing important, but I have always wondered why the binary is named
aria2c rather than aria2? Was it clashing with another package that its
executable file was called aria2?

Hi,
As part of a Portfile I am writing, I need to install a Ruby gem, so I have
added this build block:
build {
system ${prefix}/bin/gem-1.8 install CFPropertyList
}
This fails, because without root privileges, the gem cannot be installed.
However if I change the build block to use sudo:

Is that a build dependency or a part of the port for which you're writing

Hi Clemens,
I did a bit of research and looks like this issue has been discussed before:
* https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-8886
* https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mongodb/+bug/1175028
In response to that, the MongoDB license has been explicitly modified to
allow linking with
There's a bug in older tmux version that prevents usage of if-shell to have
OS specific configurations:
http://sourceforge.net/p/tmux/tickets/65/
This bug is apparently fixed in 1.9. I think MacPorts' tmux package should
be upgraded to 1.9 as well.

Hi,
Is pgbench available on MacPorts? I can't seem to find it.
I found this issue, http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26472, that talks about
supporting more variants for PostgreSQL but it hasn't been updated in 2
years.
