You can install emacs with the “-nativecomp” variant which should skip trying
to build clang.

CAn’t seem to figure this out. Prebuilt binaries are not yet available so
macports is building from source. Looking at the output, make fails with
numerous errors generated, mostly related to llvm sanitizer.
