When I boot without CSM support (pure EFI boot), vesafb

I'm running a Ubuntu kernel 2.6.15(-27) on my macbook (white, 2GHz), but i'm
experiencing some troubles :
1) I can't make the microphone to work (neither the front mic or with the line
in)
2) The suspend mode can wakeup but with a (very) black screen. (I can read

Sorry if this has been posted - but I have been offline and not caught up
with the whole list. Just thought I'd say that when the latest OSX update
comes down it requires a reboot and during that bounce it seems to unbless
the boot partition disabling the rEFIt boot manager. It was as simple as
